These classes are 100% focused on your fitness goals without the worry of fighting or sparring anyone other than the 120 pound heavy-bag. Our professional trainers will guide you every step of the way to ensure you are learning proper technique, movements and exercises to avoid injuries. In our Youth Program, we instill qualities in our students that will help them throughout their lives. Through the principles of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, our students learn that Respect, Discipline, Dedication, Humility, Focus, Hard Work and Effort always make for a rewarding experience and bring positive results. Our instructors run a very organized, instructional and fun program for all ages groups. We specialize in empowering kids with our Anti-Bullying methods as well as helping your child develop the mindset and attitude of a champion.
