This is a family oriented gym! Everyone from the the professors to the students are very welcoming! The facility is... world class! It has a weight training area, showers, great mats, punching bags and anything you need to get a great workout/training session in. From the Circuit training/kickboxing classes to the gi and no gi classes this place has exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it. You won’t regret it!read more
