Our Kickboxing classes are different than your typical “Cardio Kickboxing”. Our instructors are professional martial artists with year of experience. We take pride in teaching our students the Fundamental and proper techniques of Kickboxing versus the “Just hit the bag approach”. Classes are filled with High Energy, Pumping Music and FUN! Mixing the classes up with Boot Camp style workouts, Circuit Training, Core Strengthening and Stretching make for a complete full-body strength and cardio workout.
