Our Fitness Kickboxing classes are perfect for beginners and high-level athletes alike and are designed to give you a Fun, Intense, Safe, Full-Body Workout in 60 minutes. These classes are 100% focused on your fitness goals without the worry of fighting or sparring anyone other than the 120 pound heavy-bag. Our professional trainers will guide you every step of the way to ensure you are learning proper technique, movements and exercises to avoid injuries. They will motivate you to push yourself but ultimately you will go at your own pace and build yourself up into a Confident, Hard Hitting, Fit Bodied, Kickboxing Machine!

The Warm-Up: During the first 10 minutes your instructor will bring you through a light to moderately intense warm up get your mind and body ready for the rounds to come.
The Bag Rounds: The bag rounds consist of eight (8) three (3) minute rounds of punching and kicking combinations on the heavy bag with a one (1) minute active recovery between each round. Active recovery can be used to push yourself with additional exercises or to rest and recover for the following rounds. The objective is to push yourself to MAX effort during the three (3) minute rounds to provide maximum calorie burning that will help you burn calories for the rest of your day.
The Cool Down: After round eight (8) you will take your gloves off and begin to cool down while spending the next 10-15 minutes on strengthening your core muscles and end with a relaxing stretch session to complete your class.
Muay Thai/Striking Class
In addition to our Fitness Kickboxing classes we offer a Muay Thai/Striking class for individuals who are looking for in depth skill development and fighting skills. Muay Thai also known as “The Art of 8 Limbs” utilizes punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes similar to what you see in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) competitions such as the UFC. While other schools place a heavy emphasis on sparring or live training. We focus on technique drills, partner drills, pad drills and making sure that you feel confident in your abilities before putting you to spar.
