Private Training Program
Can a Jiu-Jitsu student learn faster? Will it be beneficial for me to have one-on-one time with my instructor?
Jiu-Jitsu is just like any other sport or activity: your progress is determined by how hard and how smart you work for it. Group classes are a great way to learn Jiu-Jitsu, since the variety of training partners creates different challenges allowing a student ti improve quickly. However, private classes are absolutely an essential complement for accelerated learning, skill development and understanding of Jiu-Jitsu's many intricacies and concepts.
The individual attention and approach that a 30 or 60-minute session with one of our instructors provides will lead to significant improvements in a student's Jiu-Jitsu game. Students will receive personalized training plans based on their interests, goals or areas they want to focus on.
Many beginners find it beneficial to start with private training sessions before attending group classes to build a steady base to work off of and increase their comfort and confidence.
